This Privacy Policy describes how Super Stream ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and discloses your personal data when you use the Super Stream application and the associated Master Panel website.
Information We Collect
To provide and maintain our subscription-based streaming services, we collect the following types of information:
- Account Credentials: Usernames and passwords used for account creation, login, and authentication.
- Profile Information: Display names provided during account registration to personalize the user experience.
- Subscription Data: Details of your subscription status, including the subscription tier (free, basic, premium), active duration, registration date, and subscription expiration date.
- Device Identifiers: When you log in, the app sends your device's Android ID together with the device manufacturer and model to our servers. This is used to limit each subscription to its permitted devices and to protect accounts from unauthorized sharing.
- Crash Logs and Diagnostics: The video streaming component (Zoom Meeting SDK) may send crash reports and technical diagnostic information, such as app and device performance data, so that streams work reliably and problems can be fixed.
How We Use Your Information
The collected data is processed for the following purposes:
- To register and manage user accounts.
- To authenticate subscribers and grant access to the appropriate streaming tiers.
- To monitor and calculate active subscription durations and expiration dates.
- To manage administrative and billing access through the Master Panel.
- To enforce device limits on subscriptions and prevent fraud and account sharing.
- To diagnose crashes and keep live streams stable.
Data Storage and Security
Your subscription and account details are stored securely on our own servers. We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. All data transmissions are encrypted over HTTPS/SSL.
Third-Party Services
Our infrastructure relies on trusted third-party providers to deliver core application features:
- Zoom Meeting SDK (Zoom Video Communications): Used to deliver live video streams. Zoom processes technical data such as device information, crash logs and diagnostics to provide the service. See the Zoom Privacy Statement.
- Firebase (Google): A Firebase Authentication component is included in the app. You can read the Firebase Privacy Policy for details on their data processing practices.
We do not sell your data or share it with other companies for advertising.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you discover that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take immediate steps to delete this information from our servers.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any modifications will be posted directly on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We advise you to review this policy periodically for any changes.
